Brexit, a complicated topic, and I mean complicated because it has it pros and its cons, it depends on the point of view. If you see it from the European Union side, it is a treason because since the beginning the United Kingdom has being a member of this union and also if United Kingdom gets out of the EU the euro will be devaluated, as we had seen in the past months. But if we see it from the United Kingdom side, it is convenient in some ways, like the sovereignty of this nation is getting up again, recognizing not greater power than their own. But the commerce treads among the European nations will be broke and also exiting the European Union will cost a huge debt and will be done in a period of time of 10 years. But at what cost? Easy, the globalization will make United Kingdom easier to exchange products with the rest of the world. The picture I choose has a huge definition, because there are not only flags, is the patriotism that United Kingdom is showing, because their flag is ...

I think this is a very strong conflict, because it is about United Kingdom (a big country) wanting to get separated from the European Union (a very strong international organization). I believe it is interesting to see how United Kingdom is trying to keep its population satisfied and happy, because at actual times, it is not that easy to see a government doing this. I really admire the strengthness of UK of “revealing themselves” and “fighting” for what they want and their own interests but without getting other countries damaged. We think that the solution proposed by the United Kingdom should work, because their government wants to go along with all the process that it takes to get off the European Union, trying to satisfy their population needs. I think that something that the government could do to solve this problem, or at least keep their population satisfied while all the process is being made, is to keep them informed about everything that is happening on the process, so the...

I think this conflict is very interesting because it talks about the nonconformity of the Britain people and them living the European Union, this caused by the inequality of rights and different ways of thinking. However, this act can affect us as a country, maybe not directly because our deals with the UK only represent 1% of the total of our deals but it does affect us in the global growth by making it slower. The main reason of the cause of this conflict may be the socioeconomic inequality that existed. In my opinion the vote that was made can be, in a certain way, unfair because when I was searching and looking for information about this topic, I found out that most of the people who chose to leave the EU, were above the 50 years and the majority that chose to stay were under 50, so the youngest people who vote to stay will have to live with the decision of those who don’t have too many years to live took.  In conclusion, we can say that this decision will affe...

Introduction On 2013 a question was made referring to this theme, but it wasn’t that serious. The question was: Should UK leave the EU or not? But now… In June 2016, the UK voted by referendum to ‘Leave’ the EU. Majorities in Scotland and Northern Ireland voted ‘Remain’, but the total UK ‘Leave’ vote was 52%. Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty sets out how a Member State leaves. Article 50 is a plan for any country that wishes to exit the EU. It was created as part of the Treaty of Lisbon - an agreement signed up to by all EU states which became law in 2009. Before that treaty, there was no formal mechanism for a country to leave the EU. Part A On 2013 a question was made referring to this theme, but it wasn’t that serious. The question was: Should UK leave the EU or not? But now…   What's happening now? The fifth round of monthly Brexit talks between the UK and the EU is taking place, with a decision due to be taken by the EU later in October on whether or not enough ...
